What can I replace our Volvo XC90 with?

I'm about to change our XC90. Do you have any better recommendations that match the cargo space of the XC90 with front and middle only seats up? Another issue is I've tended to stay away from metallic paints for reasons of durability and difficulty to do minor paint touch ups. Am I out of date with this thinking and I should go metallic black on my next Volvo or?

The best value is a KIA Sorento, currently at a £2,000 discount, which gets you the manual KX2 with Satnav for £28,000. Generally, because the lacquer clearcoat over metallic paint is usually thicker, they are more durable than water based solid colours.
