Should we sell our Spanish Volkswagen Golf in Spain or bring it to the UK with us?

We are returning to the UK from Spain. We have a 2009 Spanish-registered LHD Golf 1.4 TDI Sport with 80,000 kilometres on the clock. What do you recommend? Sell it in Spain, or keep and trade it in when in the UK, or keep and register it in the UK?

Sell it in Spain where, despite the state of the economy, used prices generally are so propped up by greedy dealers in the south that they are much higher than in the UK. Then re-buy in the UK where the money realised should go much further.
