Should BMW help with replacing the DSC on my 2007 BMC 325i?
I have a 2007 BMW 325i M Sport cabriolet with 24,213 miles on the clock and a full BMW service history. The Dynamic Stability Control has failed and BMW has quoted me £2002 to replace it. I understand this unit doesn't have a repair kit so a new unit is necessary. Do you think that BMW should replace this unit FoC as the mileage is so low and I believe this is a known fault with the model?

It's under six years old so you could go back to the supplying dealer and try quoting Sale of Goods: www.honestjohn.co.uk/faq/consumer-rights/. But are you sure that www.ecutesting.com can't help?
Update: Eventually BMW discounted the part so the total cost was £650.
