VW group A series platform change - when?

Do you know when these cars will move from the A series platform to the new MQB platform particularly the Q3?

MQB is not a "platform". It is a standardised engine/transmission subframe assembly. Standardising this bit brings huge production economies, and makes repairs easier and cheaper for owners in the future because far fewer different parts need to be stocked. VAG will shift the remaining models to MQB as soon as is practical, but that might be years.
