Buying a luxury car for less than £7000

I've been rooting around trying to find a 'luxury' but affordable car. I thought I'd ask a pro as I am struggling with the scattered information on the internet!

I have also considered cars like the Ford Mondeo, BMW 3 seies, Volvo C70 and others. I had an insurance quote on the Lexus IS250 for £400.

I am after the most comfortable car with attractive interior under £7000 with running costs under ~£330 that I can get, can you recommend one or more for me please?

Yes, Lexus IS250 automatic (must be automatic), on 16" or 17" wheels but not on 18" wheels.
