Are speed bumps causing premature wheel bearing failure on my Hyundai i30?

At three years old and with 30,000 miles on the clock, I had the front nearside wheel bearing replaced under warranty on my Hyundai i30. During the last year I have also had a replacement drop-link, again under warranty and on the same wheel. Now four years old and with 40,000 miles on the clock, I am getting the same noise and knocking from that wheel leading me to believe that the wheel bearing needs replacing again. Do you think there could be another underlying reason for this problem? I wonder if it could be the many speed bumps around here, because I tend to drive over them with that wheel on the hump and the offside wheel on the road rather than both wheels on the edges of the hump?

Yes, that will be the problem. These dangerous obstructions in the road give you the option of either destroying your suspension or destroying the inner shoulders of your tyres and killing yourself from a tyre failure. Last year, deaths from tyre failures shot up.
