My BMW 320d has worn suspension bushes - is the dealer liable for repair?
Earlier this year I purchased a 2003 BMW 320d. Today I was driving to work and it started shaking the steering wheel as if the front discs were warped, so I pulled over and checked every wheel for loose nuts.
I later took it to a mechanic who diagnosed worn front arm rear bushes. Seeing as I purchased this car from an independent BMW specialist and the yellow part of the V5 was filled by him, am I right to assume I have a warranty with this car? Who should be liable for the repair?

It's a standard defect with this model that occurs due to wear and tear over time. But since the parts were already worn when you bought the car, under Clegg v Olle Anderson (2003) the dealer is liable for the repair.
