C-MAX missing the washer fluid warning light

The low level washer fluid warning light is not working. Dealer has confirmed that there is no sensor or wiring fitted to the vehicle. Ford says that this feature is not fitted to the Titanium, even though it is shown in the owners handbook. Is this right, or is this a misbuild?

Very often actual build differs from what is in the brochure or the manual. Things change.
