Is it worth fixing my Ford Ka?

Can I get some advice on some MoT advisories on my Ford Ka - how much will they cost and do they desperately need doing?

001 front brake disc worn
002 nearside front suspension arm rubber bush deteriorated, but not resulting in excessive movement
003 offside front suspension arm rubber bush deteriorated but not resulting in excessive movement
004 nearside front macpherson strut has slight movement at upper attachment
005 nearside front brake hose slighly deteriorated
006 offside front brake hose slightly deteriorated
007 offside rear brake pipe slightly corroded
008 exhaust heat shield damaged

All relatively minor faults that will cost more than the car is worth to repair. So time to get rid of the car.
