Starting issues from cold with a Polo
I have a VW POLO 1.4SE on an 11 plate
Starting from cold on two occasions it has failed to start on the first turn of the key. Thereafter it behaves likea car with a flooded carburretor. It turns over and over failing to start before bursting into life after around 10 seconds.
On other occasions, again starting from cold, releasing the accelerator whilst moving slowly has little effect the car gathers speed. Reminiscent of a sticking choke linkage.
The dealership cannot, "fault it."
Do you have any suggestions?

It's overfuelling and over-revving to compensate so it can completely burn the fuel.
