Replacing a well loved Xsara Picasso
I’m 66 and 6’10” tall and have run a Xsara Picasso Exclusive 2.0 HDi from 2004, which I love.
Everything about it is right for me; however, it is approaching eight years and 100,000 miles so probably time to change to another MPV before it gets expensive.
I think I shall avoid another diesel (10p a litre more + potentially troublesome DPF and DMF). The C3 Picasso has a good spec, but I can’t get my head round its boxy looks.
Do I ignore looks and get a C3 Picasso or can you suggest something else that is as practical, economical and reliable? I have £13,000 available plus the old car.
