Chipping for fuel economy

Buying MB CLK 220 CDI. Should I get it chipped? Is there a downside to chipping? What should I expect by way of consumption and performance improvements?

Who, if anybody, would you recommend?

www.superchips.co.uk Different programmes do different jobs. But you do need to inform your insurer and the hike in premium may cost you more than any benefit that you gain.
