Can I reject my faulty motorhome?

I bought a brand new motorhome in November 2021 and on collection it started developing faults, mainly electrical. It's on its third battery. I've returned it but they have still not fixed it. Can I now reject it for a full refund as not fit for purpose? I have not been able to use the motorhome since collecting it from the dealer.

As per the 2015 Consumer Rights Act, you are entitled to a refund if the dealer is unable to repair the vehicle. The dealer may wish to make a deduction for the usage you've already had from the motorhome since you took delivery. But you can dispute this if the fault has prevented you from using it.
