Do I need to have a home charging point if I want to buy a hybrid?
I'm considering purchasing a self-charging hybrid car but I'm not keen on the thought of having to install an outside electric charging point at my house. Do you deem it a necessary requirement (to install one), or can I simply rely on the general day to day running of the vehicle to keep the battery charged and operative? Many thanks.

If you buy a conventional (or 'self-charging') hybrid car, you won't need to plug it in at all and it'll be very efficient day-to-day, especially if it's mainly used for town driving. A plug-in hybrid requires regular charging to get the best from it.
