How do I get a spare key for my car?

I would like a spare key for my 2008 BMW 1 Series. Is this possible?

An auto locksmith is likely to be the cheapest option. Claiming on your insurance if you have car key cover is another option, but will be expensive and could cost you your No Claims Bonus. A franchised dealership is likely to be the most expensive option but might be fastest.
