Which small, petrol cars will be exempt from the upcoming, extended ULEZ charges

Which small petrol car will be exempt from the new, extended ULEZ charges coming in October 2021? Looking for a used car and up to £4000.

Generally speaking, Euro4 petrol cars (registered after 2005) will qualify for ULEZ exemption. However, take note, the ULEZ is governed on the tailpipe emission levels of the car. So always check the vehicle before buying. You can check the car's ULEZ exemption status here: www.honestjohn.co.uk/ulez-ultra-low-emissions-zone.../

I'd recommend buying something small and reliable for £4000, like the Suzuki Swift 1.2 petrol or Ford Fiesta 1.25 petrol.
