Which small petrol car will be exempt from the new, extended ULEZ charges coming in October 2021? Looking for a used car and up to £4000.

Generally speaking, Euro4 petrol cars (registered after 2005) will qualify for ULEZ exemption. However, take note, the ULEZ is governed on the tailpipe emission levels of the car.
