How do I clear bulkhead drainage vents?

You've said that cars struggle with water leaks because the bulkhead drainage vents get blocked, but how do I find the vents to prevent this happening? The manual does not say.

Open the bonnet. You'll see the drains either side of the bulkhead vent well. If they're blocked, the water will have nowhere to go except into the car via the pollen filter.
