I don't cover a lot of miles, is a hybrid car the right choice?

My wife and I drive 1000 miles a year between us. Should we buy the new Honda Jazz hybrid?

Yes, a hybrid Jazz would be a good option for low miles. Even better, if you can charge a car at home, an electric or plug-in hybrid car could work well.
