Does a charger keep both batteries topped up in a hybrid?

Will a charger keep the hybrid battery and the starter battery topped up in my Toyota Yaris Hybrid?

No, the 12v unit is completely separate to the high voltage hybrid battery. The hybrid system will make sure this battery will not go flat. Even if you leave it for several weeks, it’ll retain some charge - and the next time you drive it, the petrol engine will recharge the hybrid battery.
