Can I drive my car with warning lights on if the garages are closed?

I have a Hyundai ix20. I have just noticed that the ABS warning light and the ESP lights have come on. I have checked the fuses and they are fine. As they are amber warnings, can I assume that it i till safe to drive on dry roads - with extra care - as I understand that I can't take it to the Hyundai garage?

I would not recommend driving the car until these faults have been investigated. Any breakdown you experience may add further pressure on your potentially stretched local emergency services.

If you can, wait until after the lockdown period has ended. If the car is within its warranty period, email the dealer and make it a matter of record - they will arrange for their workshop to inspect the car at the earliest opportunity. If the vehicle is out of warranty, contact a local garage:good-garage-guide.honestjohn.co.uk
