How safe is an EV in a flood - would people be electrocuted?
If I was unfortunate and got caught in a flood that was say two feet deep, what would happen in an electric car. Would a battery short cause electrocution of occupants or cause a fire? How safe would the vehicle be?

It would be no more dangerous than being caught in a flood in a petrol or diesel car. The batteries are sealed.
