I recently bought a car advertised as one previous owner - but the V5C says two former keepers?

I recently bought a car from a dealer that said one owner from new and the vehicle check said one owner from new. However, now I have received the V5C it shows "no of former keepers 2" on the front? Should this be a worry and have I been lied to?

"One previous owner" means precisely that: One owner previous to the one on the V5C. This should have been pointed out to you at the time of sale, but shouldn't really be anything to worry about.
