I ordered a Ford Kuga on 27th June and was told delivery will be the end of July although could be 10 days. All the paperwork was signed and credit approved 13 days ago. I received registration document in the post last week giving details of the car, reg etc as at 30th June. I’ve now been told the car isn’t even in the country and that I have to contact Ford credit to delay the direct debit. How can the car be registered to me when it doesn’t appear to have been built? Can I cancel?
