Do I have to declare a replacement windscreen as a claim when renewing my insurance?

I had a windscreen replaced by my insurer three years ago. I recently searched for new insurance and was asked if I had a claim in the last five years. Should I say that I have claimed for a replacement windscreen or is this not classed as a claim? How would I find out what the value of the claim is if I have to declare it?

A glass claim is not a claim that needs declaring.
