Should the Audi warranty cover warped brake discs?

My Audi Q3 has 20,600 miles and is still within the three year Audi warranty. I noticed there was a vibration when braking from above 60 mph. I took the car in and was told the vibration was caused by one or more distorted brake discs. The garage want to replace all the discs and pads at a cost of £880. I understand brake pads would not be covered under the car’s warranty but feel brake discs being deformed with such a low mileage and driving style suggest some form of manufacturing defect. I hope Audi UK will offer some contribution towards the repair cost considering the car’s age and low mileage but am interested in any comments you might have.

Brake pads usually become warped by the driver sitting on the brakes after a long braking, for example into a dual carriageway roundabout or at the bottom of a hill. That would not be covered by warranty. They can't all need replacing. The warped ones will be at the front. A cheaper solution is to find a garage who will skim them in situ.
