Why is this SUV ignored ?

Lets start with what’s really irritating. These problems don't affect the way it drives but are major niggles.

The black metallic paint work scratches really easily.
The radio. Despite letters to Mitsubishi's UK MD nothing has been done. The radio is the worst radio I have had in over 30 years. The RDS radio refuses to change frequency. My other cars have always found a listen able BBC radio service along the A35 towards Honiton. Even more annoyingly sometimes it works ok. The memory stick player for mp3's forgets the last track you were listening to before you switched off and reloads starting at A in the list of folders. Sometimes it even forgets after a traffic announcement.

Whats good:
Superb zenon headlamps with auto switching.
More useful interior space for our bikes than the Qashqai and Yeti we tried.
Nice simple dashboard with good materials. But with all the extras you'd expect.
1.6 non turbo petrol engine loosened up after about 6000 miles. Not a sports car but let it rev and its more than satisfactory. Pulls reasonably from low revs. Obviously not as good as the 1.9TDI VW previously.
Quiet, nice ride, superb brakes. Good lock.
Climate control aircon, set the temperature and leave it on auto.

Can't think of any extras that have been left out that matters.
