Choice of new cars now includes Fiat 500 C
Thu, 2 Jul 2009 16:36
A soft-top version of the Fiat 500 has been released and will join other
new cars in showrooms from today (July 2nd).
The 500 C does not change many of the characteristics from its predecessor but includes new gadgets designed to make driving even more convenient and fun.
Fiat said rather than a convertible that is only useable in the warmer months, this model is one of the best in the city car segment and can be taken to the roads all year round.
It is available in black, red or ivory, with the roof in various paint finishes such as Goth-Metal Blue and Ragamuffin Red.
Interior features include an Interscope HiFi system and a Blue&Me Map portable navigation unit. The 500 C is powered by a 75 bhp 1.3-litre MultiJet turbodiesel engine.
News of the latest Fiat model follows an announcement from the manufacturer last month that one of its commercial vehicles had been included in a list of the least-polluting vans.
