Hi, Did you find a solution to your issue ?

I have a very similar behaviour on Scenic II 1.9dci 2007 model.

After locking with remote the lights flash & keeps unlocking itself.

Once you are far away from vehicle or remove battery from remote it stops - but the vehicle is unlocked.

So one needs to use the manual locking method.

I have changed the remote & used spare one & also changed batteries which initially seemed to correct the issue, but within a few weeks the old problem was back again.

In the past few days an error message has appeared on the dash which seems to offer a clue:

"Check Auto Door Closing"

I have enabled & disabled this feature, but no change.

Am going to remove vehicle battery terminals & leave for few hours to see if anything resets itself.

After that will ask my mechanic (ex Renault foreman) to do diagnostic, or take to Renault agent if no success.
