Vauxhll Vivaro - Help!!!!!! - steve1963
Hi all, can anyone help!!! I've got a 53 plate Vivaro. It keeps going in to limp mode. I've changed all air flow sensors, EGR valve, timing belt, alternator, fuel filter, air filter, turbo unit and battery. Now!!! If I leave it for a while, it will start and tick over, as soon as I press the accelerator pedal it cuts out. What is wrong with my van?

Most common issue is the engine wiring loom fails big time.

I woould suggest a fault code diagnostic check first and then post the results. If it produces fault codes like P1820 fuel pressure I would suggest wiring loom problems as they really are a problem on these

Putting on part after part is not the way to diagnose a fault. Diagnostic check first ! then proble all the terminals of the components that flag faults to check for continuity and voltage checks.

Just throwing parts on a car is the worst thing to do.

Thanks for that! Look to getting a diagnostic check again, last time it came up with no fault codes.
