Make sure all the broken glass is out or fit the replacement rubber, it should just pull out. Smear the inside of the rubber with waxoil then run a peice of string all the way round the inside, push the glass in as far as it will go then get someone to keep pressing on it as you pull the string out, that should pull the rubber over the edge of the glass.
