I have tried several times to remove the wiper arms to either paint or replace. Having removed the protective cover, and undone the bolt holding the wiper arm on...... I am still unable to get it to budge!
They can take some removing. You can get a removal tool. I've used a hacksaw to get a rear wiper arm off a Corsa because it's fitted through the glass and didn't want to risk shattering it.
