Ford dealer (and HJ) says Powershift gerabox needs 3 year oil change at £250

Ford UK directly contradict this suggestion by saying;

'this gearbox is a sealed unit, meaning the gearbox oil inside the gearbox is expected to last the life time of the vehicle and isn’t changed during a service hence the phrase ‘sealed unit’.

where does that leave owners ? eg how are they supposed to maintain their vehicles correctly with this fundamental conflicting information ?
