Ford Mondeo 03 TDCI - Poor Running - Jeffo77

I have a problem where my car dies down after 2000 rpms i have replaced Injectors fuel pump filter and EGR valve now i have an oil leak but cant seemto find it . Have been told this could be my turbo goosed . It smokes (black) pretty bad when yo u rev it up idle and when running. Has anyone any thoughts please.

Failing that if its an electroniclly activated turbo then its almost certain to be the actuator.
