Chertsey to St John's Wood - Route Check - mss1tw

Currently I go up the M3 onto the A316, through Chiswick and Hammersmith, past Westfield and follow the A40/A41 Park Road (According to Google Maps)

It's slightly longer than the M4 route the GPS took me once, but you keep moving and it's a nicer route.

Just wanted to run it past you all!

I think I'd use M3 / A316 too, although I wouldn't fancy Hammersmith in the rush hour. Do you use Westway after going past Shepherd's Bush?

The alternative I suppose would be Holland Park Ave / Ladbroke Grove, then either down Harrow Road or go over this and keep going and eventually across the A5 Edgware Road (that might take you further north than you want).

Yep Westway after Shepherd's Bush!
