I have a 2008 Mondeo Estate, and have started getting water ingress in the front footwells. As best I can work out the water is coming from the forward door frames.

I have seen advice about blocked pollen filter, but they have now moved the pollen filter away from the area in front of the windscreen.

The windscreen is Ford original.

My dealer wants £400 to dismantle the dashboard to investigate in front of it.

Any ideas

There is a Ford tsb cocerning this issue, if i remember correctly it involves enlarging the drain holes on the aperture seal.
