Peugeot 307 1.6l petrol 2003. - Peugeot 307 1.6l petrol crankshaft pulley runout. - 406NT_Oz

Tracked once-a-day belt noise to a crankshaft pulley wobble. This runout seems to be the cause of belt noise in the first run of the day when auxiliary belt is dealing with alternator plus power steering plus aircon.

My query relates to the style of fabrication or mounting which might lead to this condition and whether this is a known/previously reported problem?
