hi, any body know why or how i can solve,my fan switch kicks in when tempeture is very high & only stays on short while.doesnt cool enough.

hi, my fan switches on much to late ,&only stays on short while,doesnt really cool much.was told it either works or doesnt come on .no gradual fault.any one solved this problom.thanks
