Book a retest and take it for a long fast drive just before. Engines tend to run a lot cleaner once they are properly warmed-up.

At this vintage it will definitely have a three way cat. As someone else has said, post up all the results, HC, NOx, and CO so we can advise. Generally, attempts to reduce NOx have an adverse affect on CO and HC and vice versa, so we need to see what needs bringing down!
