Toyota Yaris - Fuel filter location

Toyota Yaris - Fuel filter location - speedyxjs
Just realised i put this in the Motoring discussion forum, whoops.

My sister has a 99 Toyota Yaris and i am trying to change the fuel filter but cannot seem to find it. There is a black 'box' mounted to the bulkhead just to the right of the engine that one of the fuel lines runs into but i cant see any way of undoing it. It seems to be the right size though.

Can anyone help?

Filter is in tank. Not to be changed.

The black box to which you refer is the charcoal canister for recycling petrol fumes.
