y reg vauxhall astra 1600. non abs - rear wheel bearings - Eddiex

I am doing some mot failure bits on my nephews car, one of which is play in the rear bearings, are these adjustable??

Tapered adjustable bearings are old school.

Knock worn bearings out with socket&lump hammer(use eye protection)

Fit new ones using fly press/screw press or hydraulic press or home-made clamp....see excellent DIY mechanic`s contraption below.
