Ford Focus - Duplicate service historys - apbow76

Hi I've just seen an 04 focus i'm interested in at a local dealer, I've been told that the service history has been lost , I have seen the last MOT whch was done at a local main dealer and the main dealer's name is on the number plates.

So I was wondering if i buy the car can i get in touch with the main dealer and obtain copies of the service history.

I would give the main dealer a call before you buy the car.Or asked the local dealer to do this for you.If the car is main dealer serviced they should have a record of the car.You are the customer i'ts your money.
