Peugeot 406 - Whirring sound after cambelt change - ajpj

i have just had my cambelt changed, since collecting car from the garage i have noticed a whirring sound(from engine) that wasn't there before. any ideas what it could be.

if the cam belt is over tight it could cause a whine, don't know about a whirr though.
