Peugeot 406 estate (2002( - Drop Links (Rear) - yorkibob

I am having trouble removing the nuts from the drop link. I cant stop the pin from turning as I undo the nut. I have had a 'torx type' key in the end (presumably this is supposed to aid removal) but the assembly has some rust on it and the torx slot has now stripped hense the shaft just spins - any advise please??

Hi bob

Try putting the joint under load by jacking up the suspension on the side you are working on.
