Lack of lumbar support & leg room - flighty

I have just bought a 2006 model CRV 2.2cdti which I am very happy with.
My only problem is lack of lumbar support in the drivers seat and lack of leg room.

Does anybody know how I can overcome this? I only want the drivers seat to go back another inch and a bit of lumbar support.
