Vauxhall Vectra B facelift 2.0tdi diesel i had the mass air flow meter changed yesterday and it ran like a dream went to work ok this morning and car was fine on way home the e.m.l was flashing then after a while it stayed on and the car is very slow at pulling away could this mean that my glow plugs need changeing please help

sounds like its switched to limp mode. You need to have fault codes read. Chances are the AFM wasn't a miracle cure but resetting a previous fault helped for a short period.

e.m.l on it said on my letter the note said glow plugs need changeing fault shown on e.c.u cause this be the fault

glow plugs are only for starting and wouldnt cause the issues you are having. Was that reading before or after this fault and was it a proper diagnostic machine or fault code flasher?
