01 1.3 EM code problem - endlesscarproblems
A few months back my engine management light came back on 'again' the only symptom was stalling at start of drive when revs are low.

It has passed its MOT today and came back with an error code P1633 voltage low...

It's a 2001 Fiesta 1.3.

Has anybody got a clue what this could be and how to fix it?

Hi,

Did you manage to solve this problem? I have the same on my Mondeo V6. Some things I've found out so far are:

- P1633 refers to KAM (keep alive memory) Voltage Too Low

- Has the code been cleared and does it come back?

- Check voltage at fuses ,check for possible chaffing /corrosion of the engine bay wiring near the battery / PCM areas.

- Apparantly it's also worth checking or swapping the Power Hold Relay.
