Hyundai i30 (2007 - ) - I30 1.6CRDi Hatch Premium spec- buying

I30 1.6CRDi Hatch Premium spec- buying - 1066
Swmbo came home to say i must buy her an I30.
It's 18 months old.
It's got 10k miles on the clock and in black with black leather.
the dealer wants 12500 for it but looking at hyundai used cars from their website the premium specs come in between £10.5k upto £14k for the same spec and roughly the same mileage.

What is a realistic buying price for a 1-2 yr old car and what can i expect to get off the asking price from an hyundai franchised garage.

i dont want to look at cars for 12k only to waste my time as ive only got 10 thousand to spend in cash and want no loans but she only wants the ones with full leather and deisel.

The only way you'll get an answer is to call the dealer seling the £12.5k one and offer £10k cash.

If you have seen similar ones for £10.5k why not call a dealer selling one of these? I doubt they'll lose a deal for £500.
