01 2 'Rubbing / slipping' sound when changing gear - edharvey17

Been driving 2001 Mondeo for a couple of weeks and occasionally there seems to be a 'slipping' / 'belt rubbing' sound (only quick sound then stops) when I change down gears (usually 4th to 3rd but sometimes 3rd to 2nd also). Doesnt happen often - just if you lift the clutch a little quickly when changing it seems.

I'm not technical at all but any thoughts would be appreciated. The car has done 72K miles if that helps
