Honda Accord USA Coupe (1998 - 2002) - 01 2.0 Starting Problems

01 2.0 Starting Problems - mazda60
Hi,
In the last few weeks my auto Accord Coupe has failed to start on a least 4 occassions .Today it did it again at 2pm after being parked since 9am.(38 deg. c inside the car this afternoon). It started first time as soon as the weather cooled when it rained (approx 5 pm). A friend has suggested that it is probably the fuel pump relay . Can anyboby help with the position of this on a v6 engineand what it looks like .How easy to change and any web link where I could buy a replacement .
I would also welcome any suggestions of the fault ,if you think it's not the fuel pump relay.
Note the it has always failed to start when the car has been standing in direct sunlight but has always started first time on every occassion as soon as the weather cools in the late afternoon. Also when it won't start it doesn't appear to fire which in my mind points to no fuel delivery .
Any comments welcomed before I approach my Honda Agent.
