04 1.9 Which gearbox oil do i need? - Khan89
I have a VW GOLF, 2004, 1.9 tdi se. What type of gearbox oil do i need for my car and is there a part number for that, which would make my search easier? THANKS EVERY1!! :)

If I were you I would go to a VW dealer and get it from there. I did that with my Passat gear oil change, they gave me the recommended oil and a discount.
The gear oil specs on VWs are complicated, use the wrong one and the gear change is worse. I needed a special spanner to undo the emptying nut as well.
